Hire a Local General Contractor Harrisburg, OR Trusts

We also take on custom home building, home additions, and full remodeling projects when you’re ready to expand or transform your space. Whether you need a single room refreshed or a multi-phase renovation, we coordinate every trade, keep the schedule on track, and communicate openly from the first meeting to final walkthrough.

Harrisburg sits in a part of Lane County where seasonal rain, temperature swings, and aging housing stock create specific maintenance challenges. We’ve seen how winter moisture affects foundations and crawl spaces. We know which exterior materials hold up year after year and which shortcuts lead to callbacks. That local knowledge shapes every recommendation we make and every material we choose.

Our process is straightforward. Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the work, pull any necessary permits, and show up on time. We protect your property during construction, clean up daily, and answer questions as they come up. When the job is done, we walk through the finished work with you to make sure everything meets your expectations.

Homeowners across Eugene, Springfield, and the surrounding communities have trusted us with projects big and small. You can see examples of our completed work in our gallery and read what neighbors have said about working with us. We’ve earned a reputation for reliability, and we protect it with every project we take on.

If you’re not sure what your project needs, that’s okay. We help homeowners figure out the best approach all the time. Maybe you’re dealing with a roof leak and aren’t sure whether to patch or replace. Maybe your kitchen layout doesn’t work anymore and you want ideas for reconfiguring the space. Maybe you’ve been putting off exterior repairs and need someone to assess what’s urgent and what can wait. We’ll give you honest answers based on what we see, not what makes the biggest invoice.

Getting started is simple. Call us at (541) 799-5514 or send a message through the form on this page. We’ll set up a time to visit your property in Harrisburg, take measurements, discuss your vision, and provide a detailed estimate at no charge. From there, you decide when you’re ready to move forward.

We also serve neighboring communities throughout the area. If you’re in Junction City or Creswell, we’re available for the same range of construction and remodeling services. Our service area covers Western Lane County, so if you’re nearby, we can help.

A and J Construction is licensed, and we carry the insurance required to protect you and your property. We work with local suppliers when possible, and we respect your home as if it were our own. Every crew member understands that your project is a big investment, and we treat it that way.
